I am a human person living in New York City. I provide excellent legal advice. I practice the art and science of resuscitation as a board-certified critical care flight paramedic. I love to teach other people to do the things I'm passionate about.
After college, I became a lawyer. Then, for ten years, I worked as a paramedic in the New York City 9-1-1 system. I took care of lots of people, and helping my fellow New Yorkers in their moments of greatest need has been one of the great honors of my life.
Eventually, I was chosen to lead the paramedic program that trained me. In that role, I helped lots of people become certified as New York City paramedics. With my colleagues, I helped to create an exam preparation course that helped people to pass the notoriously difficult NYC paramedic credentialing exam. I also instituted a new flex-schedule for paramedic class that enabled people who otherwise wouldn't be able to fit becoming a paramedic into their schedules to succeed in our program.
Now, I teach basic, advanced, and pediatric life support at a large hospital system, teach paramedicine at a local community college, and take care of patients (on the ground) as a board-certified critical care flight paramedic.
I also volunteer my time as a paramedic and officer for my local volunteer ambulance corps.
I am a licensed pilot, computer and aviation geek, husband to a wonderful wife and dad to two large and friendly dogs.
I love Jesus, my family, my friends, and helping people understand complicated things.
